Writing a support request that is easy to act on

A clear support request helps us identify the service, understand the impact and avoid repeating checks you already performed. Use your client account for questions about an existing service and keep replies in the same ticket when they concern the same issue.

Include the essentials

  • A specific subject, service reference, affected application and business impact.
  • What you expected, what happened, when it started and the timezone used.
  • Exact error text, steps to reproduce and recent changes, with relevant redacted logs or screenshots.
  • Actions already tried, your availability for testing and any restrictions on restarts or other disruptive work.

Do not include passwords, private keys, recovery codes or card details. If secure access or sensitive evidence is needed, ask for the agreed transfer method. Multiple tickets about the same incident can split context; add new evidence to the existing conversation whenever possible.
