How to request a server configuration

You can start with a listed configuration or request a custom one. Selecting a plan opens a support request with the plan reference, advertised price, specifications and conditions. This is a quotation request; it does not reserve hardware or start provisioning.

Before you submit

  • Check that the subject and message show the configuration you selected. If they do not, add the plan name and a link to the offer.
  • Describe the application, number of users, current CPU and memory usage, disk capacity and expected growth.
  • Specify your preferred location, operating system, public and private networking needs, and required software licences.
  • Include migration, backup, security and management requirements, plus a target deployment date and budget.

Review the written quote for the final specification, recurring and one-time charges, taxes, commitment and delivery arrangements. Do not include passwords, private keys or payment-card information in the request.
